Location includes the institution’s relationship to a city, district, archaeological region or cross-border cultural landscape.
Scope and formation
Periods and materials are distinguished from how objects entered the collection through excavation, donation, purchase or transfer.
Display
Architecture, density and classification are documented as curatorial characteristics, not ratings.
Live fields
Operational facts are explicitly marked for current verification. Record review dates do not turn them into live data.
Corrections
A correction should identify record ID, field, disputed text and a primary or scholarly source.
